Challenge
The challenge was turning forms into a manageable system: multi-tenant, CMS-editable, with traceable responses and possible campaign or automation connections.
Solution
I built a Payload foundation with dedicated collections for forms and responses, analytics dashboards, deliveries, drafts, gamification, and SFMC sync.
Outcome
An internal product closer to SaaS than a website: editable forms, clear administration, and data ready for activation.
